Paid-in-Full (1-Year Membership) Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Overview
This agreement applies to all Paid-in-Full (1-Year) memberships purchased at a discounted rate through Pinnacle Martial Arts.
2. No Refund Policy
All Paid-in-Full memberships are non-refundable. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Transfer Policy
Memberships may be transferred to another person with prior approval from Pinnacle Martial Arts. The transfer must be completed within the original membership term.
4. No Freezes or Cancellations
Paid-in-Full memberships cannot be frozen, paused, or canceled for any reason, including but not limited to injury, relocation, or schedule conflicts.
5. Term and Expiration
Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and will automatically expire at the end of that period.
6. Acknowledgment
By purchasing a Paid-in-Full membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
