2026 Northwest Invitational

The Northwest Invitational Taekwondo Championships, a new and exciting Taekwondo tournament celebrating the art, the people and the spirit of competition.

Athletes from across the Northwest will compete in individual and pair Poomsae, Olympic (WT) Sparring, and Board Breaking and a brand new competition experience, Flag Sparring. divisions, with professional staging, scoring, and judging. The event emphasizes fair play, sportsmanship, and safety, providing every competitor — from youth color belts to elite black belts — with a professional and inspiring tournament experience.

This event is built on three guiding principles:

• Fair & Safe Competition: Modified WT/USAT rules with professional referees and Daedo scoring for black belts.

• Respect & Sportsmanship: Honoring the traditions and values that make Taekwondo more than just a sport.
