Join us for a special Saturday edition of training! We'll be running 10 rounds of Jiu-Jitsu rolling — a great way to sharpen your game, test your cardio, and train with a variety of partners.
All are welcome — whether you're a beginner or a seasoned competitor, come get some solid mat time. Let’s pack the mats and push each other to grow!
